Founding Physical Therapist | Sports Performance & Rehabilitation

Whetstone Performance is seeking an exceptional Physical Therapist to become the founding clinical leader of our new sports performance and rehabilitation practice in Oklahoma City.
This is not a traditional staff Physical Therapist position. It is an opportunity to help build a patient-first organization from the ground up and help shape its clinical programs, operating systems, facility, equipment, culture, and long-term direction.
We are building an organization dedicated to helping athletes, active adults, families, and individuals move better, recover fully, perform at a higher level, and remain healthy throughout their lives.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation and return-to-performance plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, coaches, athletic trainers, and families.
- Help establish clinical systems, treatment protocols, and patient-care standards.
- Participate in program development and community outreach.
- Assist in building the culture and future clinical team of Whetstone Performance.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility
- Strong orthopedic and sports rehabilitation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Experience with athletes, sports medicine, return-to-play programming, or baseball and softball is preferred but not required.
