A well-established California law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join its growing team.
Requirements:
- Active California Bar license.
- Prior Workers' Compensation Defense experience.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage workers' compensation defense matters from inception through resolution.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and negotiate settlements.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Provide strategic legal counsel while managing a diverse caseload.
Location: Remote (California)
Compensation: $100,000–$220,000 annually, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
