Busy medical office hiring part time position, hours will vary Monday through Thursday.
This person must possess the following skills:

· ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Position involves:
· Transport patients safely, follow all rules on the road
· Arrive with patient to appointments on time as schedule indicates
· Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of vehicles
· Gas vehicle
· Keep accurate record of before and after each transport
· Complete Monthly Transportation Report
· Be able to preform safe transfers
· Follow transportation schedule and organize day as transportation changes occur

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
