1st Choice Quality Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional with strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues.
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
- Complete service tickets accurately using a mobile device.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service experience (required).
- EPA Certification (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems without supervision.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
- Must be reliable, professional, and have a strong work ethic.
