Directional Drill Operator
Locations: Jonesburg/Troy/ Local to MO
Hours: Monday-Friday 10 hour days

Daily Job Duties:
- Operate HDD / directional drilling equipment

Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, trenchers, graders, and hydro-vacs

Perform trenching, digging, grading, backfilling, and site preparation

Support installation of fiber, telecom, gas, water, and sewer systems

Assist with bore setup and drilling operations

Load, haul, and move materials using appropriate equipment

Locate and protect existing underground utilities

Pothole/hand dig around live utilities as needed

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year experience operating heavy equipment in construction, excavation, or underground utilities

HDD / directional drilling experience strongly preferred

Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record preferred

Ability to read utility maps, blueprints, and job layouts

Strong safety awareness and damage prevention mindset

Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Able to pass drug screen and background check
