Commercial Litigation Attorney – Kansas City

Job duties:
- Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters
- Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in state and federal courts.
- Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
- Advise clients on litigation risk, settlement strategy, and dispute resolution while maintaining regular communication throughout the course of representation.
Required:
- MO bar
- Recent commercial litigation and/or bankruptcy experience law.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
