License Requirement: ANY valid U.S. State Nursing License accepted!
Pay package:
Gross Pay Weekly: $2866 (Based on 36hrs)
Gross Pay Weekly: $3686 (Based on 48hrs)
Weekly Taxable: $1620 ($45/hr x 36hrs)
Misc. and I E: $476 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $770 per week
OT Rate: $80 (After 40hrs)
