Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on patient comfort and safety. This role requires strong skills in communication and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform top tier dental treatments through ethical decision making
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid TX state dental license and ability to pass any required background checks.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and pediatric dentistry practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in dentistry.
