The Downtown Lounge has new owners, great customers and a fun atmosphere! We are growing and looking to add another bartender. We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and possess strong customer service skills. The position requires a personable individual who thrives in a lively atmosphere and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS system.
- Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service, ensuring a positive experience
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
Qualifications
- Must be 21 Years of age or older
- Previous bartending experience is not necessary. We will train the right individual
- $15 per hour plus tips
- Must be dependable and trustworthy
Pay: $15.00 per hour
