RBT Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with pediatric clients to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
RBT Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback on client progress
- Document client progress and behavior data accurately
- Educate and support families on implementing care plans at home
RBT Experience
- Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral health needs
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Ability to work compassionately and effectively with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate records of behavioral therapy sessions
- Those without prior experience who have a willingness to learn and love working with children are encouraged to apply! We will guide you through the training and certification process, and assist with the associated fees to become certified.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
