As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
The Context and Understanding organization at Google is responsible for building infrastructure and services that acquire, understand, index, and serve various types of data. The team serves Google's mission by leveraging ML and traditional retrieval technologies to enable fast, planet-scale retrieval for critical businesses like Search, Lens, Cloud, YouTube, and Shopping.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives in the AI space that directly contribute to company level objectives for model training. In this role, you will collaborate within Context and Understanding and DeepMind teams to drive the strategy and execution of high quality, targeted data for model development. This degree of ambiguity puts you in close partnership with executive level engineering and cross-functional leaders to define technical roadmaps, and foster a culture of high business impact.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
