Our organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated friendly,Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain and train a staff of 16 employees and will be responsible for developing the business agenda, monitoring profit and loss, collecting data, looking for feedback for improvement, and making regular updates to the organization and creating a positive culture. The most effective Restaurant Managers are capable of working independently and with little supervision, but also work well in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for increasing sales and profits.
- Set operational strategy for a restaurant.
- Hire and train employees and oversee their work performance.
- Deal with employee issues.
- Order foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment.
- Manage operations on a day-to-day basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
