Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Cleaning Professional and bring your energy and attention to detail to create spotless, welcoming environments! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring spaces are safe, hygienic, and inviting. While working in residential homes your efforts will directly contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by applying proper cleaning techniques and products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out services as needed
- Must be available to work weekday holidays except Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day
Experience
- Background in housekeeper roles is a plus
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and cleaning products used in various environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Pay
- $13/hour during training (15-day training period)
- $15/hour after training completion
