Iron Horse Exteriors is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple siding and roofing projects across both residential and commercial builds. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to keeping our jobs running smoothly, on time, and on budget.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple siding and roofing projects at once from start to finish
- Coordinate daily with foremen, subcontractors, general contractors, and homeowners
- Schedule crews, materials, and timelines to keep projects moving efficiently
- Ensure quality control and job site safety standards are met
- Handle job site issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain clear communication with all parties involved
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in siding and/or roofing project management
- Strong ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with crews, GCs, and homeowners
- Highly organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Ability to lead teams and keep projects on track
