We run a highly active, fast-paced service department handling an average volume of approximately 100 vehicles per day. Key Responsibilities
- Greet service customers promptly on the service drive to establish a professional relationship.
- Consult with clients to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and document their concerns on the repair order.
- Utilize multi-point inspections to recommend necessary safety, maintenance, and repair items.
- Maintain open lines of communication regarding vehicle status, cost estimates, and completion timelines.
- Manage a high-volume workload while multitasking between inbound phone calls, repair order updates, and customer checkouts.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to secure top-tier manufacturer scorecards.
Required Qualifications & Performance Metrics
- A proven, verifiable track record of superior Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Demonstrated history of driving strong financial metrics, specifically Effective Labor Rate (ELR) and Hours Per Repair Order (HRS/RO).
- Superior computer and tech skills, with experience utilizing dealership DMS and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to stay extremely organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A clean, professional appearance appropriate for a client-facing environment.
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
