About the role
We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Lot Maintenance Manager to join our team at our mobile home community in Seguin, TX. This is a hands-on, full-time outdoor role that requires someone who takes pride in their work, is ready to get things done, and can handle whatever the Texas weather brings, hot summers and cold winters alike. If you're the type of person who shows up ready to work and doesn't stop until the job is done right, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept lot throughout the entire community
- Perform general upkeep including mowing, landscaping, trash removal, and common area maintenance
- Assist with setup, installation, and preparation of new and existing homes on the lot
- Complete general handyman repairs on homes and community buildings
- Identify and report maintenance needs, hazards, or damage in a timely manner
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat and cold
- Support management and team members with special projects as needed
Requirements
- Proven handyman or general maintenance experience (required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience with mobile homes, manufactured housing, or property maintenance a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
