Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Millwright to support heavy industrial metals manufacturing equipment and minimize downtime.
Key Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair presses, rolling mills, furnaces, conveyors, and material handling systems
- Maintain gearboxes, bearings, pumps, motors, chains, and belts
- Perform machinery installation, alignment, and rebuilds
- Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform basic welding and fabrication
- Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout
Requirements:
- 3+ years industrial maintenance or millwright experience (metals or heavy manufacturing)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with rotating equipment and power transmission
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Willingness to work overtime or shifts
Preferred:
- Millwright certification, welding, basic electrical, or crane/forklift experience
