Three full-time ABA specialists are sought to join a dedicated team and implement evidence-based behavioral strategies in schools serving grades 5 through 8. Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an ABA Therapist, RBT, or Behavior Specialist
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
- Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents in an educational setting
- Ability to collaborate positively with educators, therapists, students, and families
- Organizational skills and professionalism in managing schedules, documentation, and communication
- For the Intermediate School role, eligibility or willingness for BCBA supervision is desirable
Role Highlights and Responsibilities:
- Full-time commitment, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm, August 2026 through June 2027
- Support students in the NECC Program at either the middle or intermediate school levels (exact location may vary)
- Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans and record data on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and supervisors to refine strategies and ensure consistency
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere, empowering students to achieve their goals
