Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform nightly audit procedures by reconciling daily financial using hotel management software.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and billing details while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Conduct routine security checks of public areas, back-of-house spaces, and the property perimeter to ensure safety and compliance with hotel emergency procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues related to accommodations or services, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support smooth handovers and operational transparency.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including front desk operations and guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Experience with hotel management systems
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and resort experience enhances your ability to handle unexpected situations confidently.
