The Sales and Marketing Administrator will play a key role in expanding Wright Tool’s market presence by supporting the company’s marketing and sales initiatives.
This position will engage distributors, end users, internal team members, Wright’s independent manufacturer representatives, and industry partners through proactive planning and communication. The role will report to Wright’s President and work closely with the leads from Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Essential Functions:
- Planning Wright’s participation in industry shows. This includes registration, booth setup, shipment of goods (as applicable), and related preparation
- Ownership of Wright’s product data attributes and images
- Lead MyEmma communication database (30k+) and email campaigns
- Manage literature of printed and electronic versions of flyers and like materials. Ability to develop digital communications a plus.
- Complete annual compliance requests – submitting product information onto portal or customer spreadsheets
- Monitor Wright’s marketing inbox – respond as appropriate or share with proper contact based on the specific inquiry
- Track Wright’s independent manufacturing representative agencies to ensure their information is up to date and they have appropriate materials, information, lines of communication for success
- Facilitate annual price list exercise + preparation and deployment of finalized price lists to appropriate parties
- Conduct customer quotes & crossover requests
- Marketing research
- Serve as point of contact for Wright presence on Amazon. Partner with a 3rd party on content and measure available metrics as available
- Managing Distributor Locator
- Coordinating customer visits
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of sales and business development objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing
- Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
- Epicor experience
- Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, construction, or STAFDA-related channels
- General knowledge of the professional hand tool industry, end users, and competitors
