Job Overview: As a Yard Associate, you will play a crucial role in keeping our rental yard organized, efficient, and safe. You’ll assist with equipment maintenance, customer service, and warehouse operations while working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to load and unload rental equipment

Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery

Assist with staging equipment for rental

Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is safe and in good working order

Maintain a clean and organized yard and warehouse area

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience in warehouse, construction, or equipment rental industry a plus

Forklift experience (or willingness to learn and get certified)

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform simple repairs

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Bilingual (Spanish or other) is a plus but not required
