The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides clinical oversight and support to individuals receiving services at Cardinal Hayes Home. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, reviewing behavioral and psychosocial needs, and ensuring the effectiveness of behavior support interventions while reviewing and approving behavior support plans written by the Behavior Intervention Specialist.
The LCSW collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes, enhance quality of life, and support regulatory compliance and may be responsible for conducting assessments and clinical review related to behavioral incidents, significant events, and other concerns affecting the health, safety and well-being of individuals we support.
Qualifications:
· Must be a licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
· Preferred experience working with children with special needs.
· Valid Driver’s License preferred.
