Mr. Rooter of St. Louis is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support our growing drain and plumbing service operations throughout the St. Louis, Jefferson County, and St. Charles areas.

Position Details
- Hiring 3 Full-Time Positions for Mr. Rooter Plumbing
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 7 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Wednesday-Saturday 7AM to 6PM.

Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and comfort with technology
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Dispatching experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule drain cleaning and plumbing service appointments
- Dispatch technicians to service calls
- Provide customers with service information and appointment updates
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information
- Support daily operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences
