Monarch Business Solutions is hiring an AT&T Customer Sales Representative to represent AT&T inside partnered retail locations. This is an entry-level position with paid training for individuals who enjoy working with people and helping customers get connected. This role combines customer service, sales, and customer enrollment all in one as you work directly with AT&T in retail environments.
As an AT&T Customer Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers who are interested in AT&T’s products , and help with the enrollment process as they are finding out what needs suit them the best.
What You'll Do As an AT&T Customer Sales Representative
- Help customers understand available AT&T wireless and internet options
- Assist customers through the service enrollment process in retail stores
- Answer customer questions about current promotions and plans
- Maintain a professional and friendly customer experience
- Track completed enrollments and customer information
- Work with team leaders to stay up to date on offers and product knowledge
