We are a growing B2B wholesale apparel company looking for an organized and motivated Inside Sales Representative to help develop new customer relationships, follow up with leads, and maintain existing accounts.
We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, organized, comfortable with technology, and willing to learn our products and current CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective B2B customers by phone and email
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts
- Generate new sales opportunities and help convert leads into customers
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
- Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and follow-up activities in our CRM
- Follow up on samples, quotes, and customer inquiries
- Learn our apparel product line, pricing, inventory, and sales programs
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide timely responses
- Stay organized and consistently follow up on open opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, B2B sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional when speaking with customers over the phone
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Good personal organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and other business software
- Experience with CRM systems or other sales tools is a plus
- Willing and able to learn our current CRM and internal systems
- Self-motivated and able to manage daily tasks and customer follow-ups
- Apparel, promotional products, screen printing, or wholesale industry experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
