Location: Ayer, MA
Salary: $38-$40 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: (1st Shift) Mon - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Should have flexibility to work OT as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, train, and support maintenance team members on daily operations
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and production equipment
- Respond to equipment line calls and diagnose mechanical malfunctions quickly
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Assist with equipment installation, setup, and process improvements
- Support high-speed automated manufacturing systems and production operations
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently
- Work independently while coordinating with production and operations teams
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with high-speed automation and manufacturing equipment
- Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience required
- Ability to train and guide maintenance technicians
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
