Kimberton Whole Foods is hiring! We are looking for a full-time Grocery & Perishable Flex Team Member.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week. One weekend shift is required per week.
Availability: This is a day shift position, with most days starting at 7am.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

DAILY OPERATIONS

Morning duties include assisting in receiving: making space for deliveries without blocking exits or work areas, giving thought to other incoming merchandise.

Plans for efficiency when back stocking so that needed items are not buried. All items clearly labeled and dated. Consolidates for maximum space efficiency.
- Inspecting products to ensure accuracy and quality.

Afternoon duties include assisting in stocking the Perishable and Grocery departments as needed: Stocking and handling product following guidelines for time and temperature demands.

Rotating backstock on a first-in first-out basis.

Working in collaboration with the Department Heads to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department.

Assist the Front End by scanning customers' groceries and completing all transactions efficiently. Carefully and efficiently bags groceries.

Assisting in other areas of the store as needed.
