Full-Time Night Shift LPN / Medication Technician
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule:
- Every Other Weekend Required
- Consistent Schedule Available
About Us
We are a well-established Personal Care Home dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents in a warm, family-oriented environment. We are seeking a reliable and motivated LPN or Medication Technician to join our overnight team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor residents throughout the shift and respond to resident needs
- Complete medication documentation accurately and timely
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Conduct routine resident rounds and wellness checks
- Report changes in resident condition to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Complete all required shift documentation before the end of the shift
Qualifications
LPN Candidates
- Active Pennsylvania LPN License
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Experience in personal care, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare preferred
Medication Technician Candidates
- Current Pennsylvania Medication Administration Certification
- Experience in personal care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
