What you’ll bring

High school diploma (or equivalent)

Experience with machining equipment, tools, and gauges

Ability to read and understand blueprints and tolerances

Basic math skills (algebra and geometry, nothing too exotic)

Confidence setting up and operating machines, not just running them

A detail-focused mindset—especially when working to tight tolerances

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-
A willingness to learn new machines and processes
What you’ll get

Schedule: Monday–Friday start time 5:30 AM or 7:00 AM, 8 1/2 hour shift with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
