UCP of Central Arizona is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. What You’ll Do
· Lead full-cycle recruitment from job posting through onboarding.
· Source, screen, interview, and engage qualified candidates across multiple departments.
· Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill positions efficiently.
· Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, background screenings, and pre-employment activities.
· Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment reporting, and hiring workflows.
· Build relationships with colleges, workforce partners, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.
· Represent UCP at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities.
· Continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
What You’ll Bring
· Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
· Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed.
· Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
· Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus but not required
· Healthcare, nonprofit, HRIS, or Paycom experience is a plus.
· SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is welcomed but not required.
