Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to maintenance work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and provide clear instructions.
