The Details
- Starting Pay: $24/hour plus overtime and bonus opportunities
- Insurance Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + supplemental options
- Retirement Plan: 401k with a 3% employer contribution after first year of employment
- Paid Time Off: Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, paid volunteer time, and safety pay to cover days that we close due to inclement weather.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with a start time of 6:30am + occasional on call weekends.
The Role
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with customers and work as a team with the rest of the Route Drivers to accomplish daily tasks.
- Keep the portable restrooms on your route looking fantastic by upholding a high quality sanitation and cleaning standard.
- Complete timely deliveries and pick-ups of portable restrooms.
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT and company standards.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has a valid Drivers License (CDL not required, but is a plus!) and clean driving record.
- Is comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers.
- Is able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
- Can push, pull, and maneuver portable restrooms weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Has a strong sense of personal accountability and takes pride in consistently delivering a high standard of service.
- Demonstrates excellent dependability with consistent and punctual attendance.
- Is familiar with Mason County roadways.
