This is not an entry-level “warm body” security position.
S.O.F. Protections Security is actively recruiting disciplined, professional individuals to join a high-performance security team. We are seeking officers who demonstrate strong judgment, situational awareness, accountability, and professional presence.
If you are looking for a low-expectation environment, this position is not for you.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- Conduct proactive patrols and monitor assigned areas
- Identify and address suspicious activity before escalation
- Complete accurate and professional incident reports
- De-escalate situations using sound judgment and communication
- Enforce client policies and security procedures consistently
- Represent S.O.F. Protections with professionalism at all times
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass a background investigation
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass a physical fitness (PT) assessment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance, communication, and demeanor
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Security, military, law enforcement, or corrections background
- Experience working in high-visibility or high-responsibility environments
