Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) to support our growing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program in a high-volume pediatric outpatient setting.
This role blends clinical support, patient engagement, and care coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring patients stay connected, compliant, and progressing between therapy sessions.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in supporting patients’ plans of care through ongoing remote monitoring
- Enroll and onboard patients into the RTM program, including obtaining consents
- Monitor patient progress and track data within the EMR
- Provide patient education and follow-up communication
- Manage RTM alerts and escalate concerns appropriately
- Coordinate care and collaborate with therapists and clinical leadership
- Support a high-volume clinic with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) license
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Comfortable with technology, EMRs, and remote patient interaction

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
