Pool & Beach Attendant
We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Pool & Beach Attendant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the pool and beach areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow and enforce all pool and beach rules and regulations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and guests.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, guests, management, and coworkers.
- Assist with organizing chairs, umbrellas, and pool/beach equipment.
- Monitor the pool and beach areas and report any incidents, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management.
- Complete assigned duties and responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
- Work well as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on duty.
Qualifications
- Responsible and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to follow instructions, rules, and company policies.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, respectful, and friendly attitude.
- Previous pool, beach, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
