Responsibilities include:

Answer telephones to respond to guest questions and take reservations; enter reservations submitted online

Perform guest check ins, check outs, and room assignments

Provide customer service at the highest level

Handle upset guests with tact and kindness. Attempt to resolve all instances of poor guest service before guests leave the property

Multitask and prioritize to adjust to changing circumstances and complete multiple assignments despite interruption
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED

Computer proficiency; ability to operate basic office equipment

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Ability to provide stellar customer service and handle upset guests professionally and with compassion

Available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays; the hotel is open 24/7/365. Audit shift runs 11pm to 7am.
