General Responsibilities:
The Recovery Manager plays a crucial role in the direct care and support of clients undergoing treatment at Lantana Recovery. This position requires a dedicated professional who can provide various types of support throughout the treatment process and assist clients in successfully transitioning to life after treatment. The Recovery Manager will work closely with clients to help them achieve their recovery goals and build a strong foundation for sustained success.
Responsibilities include:
1. Client Support and Engagement:
- Provide individualized support and guidance to clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Build and maintain positive, supportive relationships with clients to foster trust and openness.
- Assess client needs and collaborate with treatment teams to create and implement personalized recovery plans.
2. Crisis Intervention and Management:
- Respond promptly to client crises or emergencies, providing immediate support and intervention as needed.
- Ensure that clients receive appropriate care and resources during times of heightened need.
3. Case Management:
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to address clients' needs, including medical, psychological, and social services.
- Monitor and track client progress, documenting key developments and adjusting care plans as necessary.
4. Skill Building and Education:
- Facilitate life skills workshops and recovery-oriented education sessions to help clients develop essential skills for independent living.
- Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals related to their recovery and overall well-being.
5. Transition Planning:
- Assist clients in developing a comprehensive discharge plan that includes post-treatment resources, support networks, and follow-up care.
- Connect clients with community resources, support groups, and ongoing services to ensure a smooth transition from treatment to daily life.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, treatment providers, and family members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development and review of treatment plans.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Safely provides oversight to client self-administration of medications of client owned meds.
8. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to client care and treatment.
- Demonstrate and support the company’s Mission Vision and Values in all client and staff interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications include:
- Relevant certification or licensure (CPSS is highly desirable.)
- Strong understanding of addiction recovery, mental health issues, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care, with a commitment to supporting diverse populations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include occasional lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and client needs.

Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 8AM-5PM
Salary Range: $50,000 annually
Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
