This role is designed for clinicians who want to practice high-quality orthopedic PT without burnout-driven scheduling.

Mentorship & Clinical Development

Mentorship Includes:
- Weekly 1-on-1 mentorship sessions
- Direct access to Master Orthopedic Clinicians
- Case reviews and clinical reasoning discussions
- Shadowing and co-treatment opportunities
- Gradual ramp-up of caseload for new grads
- Ongoing support with continued clinical autonomy
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $96,000 – $118,000/year (Based on Experience)

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license eligible) in California
- Authorized to work in the United States
- No visa sponsorship available
