Your craftsmanship ensures every component meets specification—every time.
- Set up and run small lathes, speed lathes, drill presses, and mills to deburr parts per supplied work instructions.
- Apply expert hand‑deburring techniques using a variety of handheld tools.
- Operate buffing wheels and manage related finishing processes to achieve final surface quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to determine edge‑break and finish requirements.
- Use precision measuring instruments and gages to verify dimensions and confirm conformance.
- Perform in‑process and final finishing, contributing to smooth production flow and on‑time delivery.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant deburring/polishing experience.
- Proficiency in deburring, blueprint reading, and precision measuring.
- Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and repeatability.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to cross‑train in machine operation.
