We’re looking for a Clinical Director who wants to make a meaningful impact on both the clients we serve and the clinicians we support.

Career Based Solutions is a locally founded, community-rooted autism therapy provider serving Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas. Our BCBA-led team partners closely with families to deliver clinic-based, in-home, and community ABA services—helping children grow where they learn best.
As we continue to grow, we’re focused on building a leadership team that prioritizes clinical excellence, sustainable caseloads, and a strong, supported culture for our clinicians.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a BCBA who wants to:
Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs
Shape clinical programming and ensure quality across services
Drive consistency, compliance, and best practices
Support growth—both operationally and clinically
Be a key voice in the direction of the organization
You’ll have the ability to influence not just individual cases—but the entire clinical framework of the organization.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and guide ABA programming across multiple service settings
Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and RBTs
Review treatment plans and ensure clinical quality and consistency
Support hiring, training, and onboarding of clinical staff
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and service delivery
Maintain compliance with BACB and regulatory standards
Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure strong outcomes

What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
Experience supervising BCBAs and/or RBTs.
Leadership experience or readiness to step into leadership.
Strong clinical judgment and programming skills.
Ability to balance quality care with team development.
A genuine passion for working with children, families, and clinicians.
