About This Opportunity
We're looking for a relationship-driven professional to join our team supporting nonprofit organizations through Google Ad Grant digital marketing services. This hybrid role combines client success with business development — you'll nurture an active portfolio of nonprofit partners while helping new organizations discover how grant-funded advertising can amplify their mission.
Your Responsibilities
Client Success & Account Management
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of nonprofit clients
- Lead regular virtual check-ins to review campaign performance, share updates, and set priorities
- Build long-term partnerships by keeping clients informed, confident, and supported
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure deliverables stay on track
Business Development & Partner Growth
- Connect with prospective nonprofit organizations to assess their goals and challenges
- Present tailored service recommendations aligned to each organization's mission
- Uncover upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing client base
- Contribute to proposals and solution scoping discussions
Performance Reporting & Strategy
- Monitor Google Ads campaign results and track key performance indicators
- Translate data into actionable insights presented in a clear, accessible format
- Help nonprofit partners measure the real-world impact of their digital marketing
- Proactively identify optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Comfortable navigating both relationship management and consultative sales conversations
- Genuine interest in digital marketing, nonprofits, and mission-driven work
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Analytical mindset — able to interpret marketing data and draw meaningful conclusions
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in account management, customer success, or client services
- Exposure to business development, consulting, or solution selling
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing platforms
- Familiarity with the nonprofit sector is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
