Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, chemical handling, or mechanical experience who want to grow in a specialized skill area.
Now hiring Entry Level Plating Technician. $20 - $22/hr. Training provided.
Weekly Pay. Mon. - Fri. 2:30 AM to 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Electroplate small precision parts to meet aerospace/defense specifications
- Clean, prep, and inspect components to ensure high-quality finishes
- Monitor plating baths, chemical solutions, and equipment
- Accurately document plating processes and inspections (travelers, reports)
- Maintain plating lab cleanliness, organization, and weekly sanitation standards
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in manufacturing, plating, electroplating, or lab work preferred but not required (training provided)
- Familiarity with chemistry, chemical baths, or plating equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
