A fast-growing sales and business consulting firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and help homeowners access reliable home improvement solutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact, answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring customers feel informed and supported throughout every stage of their experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in educating homeowners about the benefits of professionally installed, custom-fit seamless gutters and how they provide superior performance compared to traditional gutter systems. You will also work closely with installation teams to coordinate services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience from the initial consultation through project completion.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners to explain product features, answer questions, and recommend gutter solutions that best fit their needs
- Schedule installation appointments by managing calendars, coordinating availability, and communicating with field teams
- Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems, documenting interactions, service updates, and sales activities
- Address customer concerns by collaborating with internal teams and providing timely, transparent updates
- Support sales efforts through lead management, follow-up communications, and customer feedback tracking
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction by understanding needs and recommending relevant promotions or service upgrades
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, sales support, or a related role, preferably within the home improvement or service industry
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain products and services in a clear, customer-friendly manner
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and scheduling software, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,801.18 per year
