Loft 41 is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to provide an exceptional experience for every guest. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and working in a positive, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Educate clients on tanning memberships, lotions, and products
- Meet sales goals through personalized recommendations (no high-pressure sales!)
- Process memberships, appointments, and transactions
- Keep the salon clean, organized, and inviting
- Open and close the salon as scheduled
- Build lasting relationships with our clients
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable
- Comfortable talking with customers and making recommendations
- Motivated by sales goals and bonuses
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Available evenings and weekends
- At least 15 years old with reliable transportation.
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person!
- A self-starter
