Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, with a focus on surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention. The Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the premises through effective monitoring and response strategies.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Ability to sits or stands for long periods of time.
- Operate marked patrol vehicle on client sites
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents or emergencies.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Conduct thorough inspections of premises to prevent theft or unauthorized access.
- Utilizing smart phone reporting device to document all incidents and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Requirements
- Current Nevada PILB Card.
- Current State-Issued Driver License. (ID is not a Driver License. Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle.)
- Reliable Transportation.
- Open availability.
- Must have good hygiene.
- Must look presentable.

- Unarmed / $18 per hour / Monday - Friday / 11am - 6pm
- Unarmed / $18 per hour / Wednesday - Thursday / 9pm - 5am
- Unarmed / $16 per hour / Sunday - Thursday / 4:30pm -12:30am
- Unarmed /$18 per hour / Days and Times Varies / Musy have open availability
