Driveline Service of Atlanta has been serving customers since 1977 and specializes in driveshaft repair, balancing, rebuilding, and custom driveline solutions. We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Driveshaft Mechanic.
Previous driveshaft or driveline experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and rebuild driveshafts and driveline components
- Remove and install U-joints, center support bearings, yokes, and related parts
- Assist with driveshaft balancing and fabrication
- Operate shop equipment and tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts as needed
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
