Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Anew Mind Behavioral Counseling is a growing outpatient behavioral health clinic dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are seeking a motivated LMSW or LMHC who is passionate about making a difference while continuing to grow professionally.

Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups as assigned
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other treatment providers
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
- Maintain ethical and HIPAA-compliant clinical practice
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico LMSW or LMHC license
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Experience with Medicaid documentation preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or Solution-Focused Therapy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience
- Outpatient behavioral health
- Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
- Co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Trauma-informed care
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
