Job Overview
We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive litigation paralegal to join our high-energy, high-volume complex litigation legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, organized, and trial-tested paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping attorneys deliver outstanding client service. The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience (min. 5 years continuous litigation experience a must), including trial preparation.
- Provide substantive paralegal support throughout all phases of complex civil litigation
- Proofread, cite-check, and finalize briefs, pleadings, and other court filings
- Track deadlines and proactively communicate case updates and outstanding tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage a large caseload, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery practice, trial preparation, and court filing requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing, proofreading, and follow-through skills
- Comfort working in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment with a strong team-oriented approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook calendaring, Adobe Acrobat Pro, document production litigation support tools, and document sharing/transfer tools and security
- Paralegal certificate, degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently with multiple attorneys and other legal support staff on the team. Must be able to work without supervision as well as accept instruction
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
