About the Role
We are a fast-growing online fashion wholesale company looking for a detail-oriented and fashion-savvy E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in the e-commerce and wholesale fashion industry. You will support our E-Commerce & Merchandising team with daily website management, product updates, customer follow-ups, and wholesale buyer outreach.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team leader with daily website updates, product listings, and ongoing improvements to keep our site accurate and visually presentable for our B2B buyers
- Upload new product listings including photos, descriptions, pricing, and inventory
- Maintain and update existing product pages to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team on stock availability
- Follow up with customers promptly and proactively reach out to drive better sales
- Maintain relationships with VIP customers by sending catalogs and keeping them engaged
- Assist with order processing and coordinate with the warehouse and shipping team
- Support seasonal merchandising and help plan product assortments accordingly
Requirements
- Some experience or coursework in e-commerce, merchandising, retail, or fashion preferred — entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic skills in Canva and Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Proactive and forward-thinking — someone who anticipates next steps without being asked
- Active, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to take on additional related tasks as needed
- A true team player who cooperates well and communicates openly
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
