Job description:
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Store Assistant Manager in our Retail Location to help oversee operations and support our store teams. This is a full time position with occasional remote and travel to Redefine Meals locations (mileage reimbursed).
Responsibilities:
Monitor and support daily store operations remotely
Act as a liaison between corporate and in-store staff
Track and report inventory levels, team performance, and store needs
Coordinate with store leads to ensure smooth day-to-day function
Manage remote communications and assist with scheduling coverage
Travel to Redefine Meals locations when needed (reimbursed)
Qualifications:
Prior retail or food service management experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Comfortable with remote work tools (Clover, POS monitoring, etc.)
Reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations
